Unfortunately, I don't understand much of WebGrab+ myself :(.
They have probably changed something, and it doesn't work anymore.
The site offers EPG data for 3 channels: RTSH 1 HD, RTSH 2 HD and RTSH Sport. The EPG page can be accessed from the main menu at "PROGRAMET DITORE".
It looks like they do not like grabbing. These are 3 different way to grab, so you cannot use only one site.ini, additionally on RTSH2-HD (don't know if wrong or on purpose) they have E Dielë 28 Janar 2017 date, which confuse webgrab. Furthermore is 1 day.
In fact, they are not updating their site regularly. It might actually be worthless fixing it.
