No I did not get a response from anyone. I did end up modifying the version available and got it to work for channels 4-8.

The separator | is present when title is disabled, infact scrubbing BS4-6 return title "no event". The scrub title was not working because with separator | it change to title_disabled instead of title so changing the scrub to title|> it fixed that. I updated siteini.
