I've just started using webgrab about two weeks ago; it worked great; I think since this weekend (or maybe I didn't pay attention well enough before); it says there is a 20 channel limitation (max 20 channels allowed for default license).
I got a password for the license via mail. I'm using the software for private (home) use. How can i lift the restriction? Donate ? Sorry maybe this is described somewhere; but I couldn't find this restriction mentioned anywhere.

if you become a donator(5 euro,good for 1 year) or say u donated 10 euro(good for 2 years) the limit is 1000 channels.
if you check your WGLisence.log.txt you should see a chart(see screenshot) that lists the limits for each user..

don't forget that after u donate(and admins add ur donator badge) you still need to add your lisence info to your wg config.xml.

also there is a optional password u can add for extra layer of security so another use cannot use your username.
if you select myaccount from the bottom of the page you will see it listed under your info,i don't know if it will show for you as you don't have donator status yet.
you could even add it now and your channel limit would increase to 30 as a registered user.

I donated 10 euros for 2 years to update my license to 1000 channels
do a force lisence update,its been explained so many time i ant gonna explain it again.look on the home page for 3.1 update,its even explained there.

Logs are saying it's a password mismatch yet I'm using the same password I just logged in here.
well ur msg explains it,dont use ur forum password.
goto my account(bottom of the page) and u will see your own personal password thats for ur lisence line.
