Thank you! I upgraded from V2.1 to V3.1 and added a license line to my config. Status is now 'registered_user' but when the job comes to SETANTAEURASIAPLUS.COM it shows -- skipped --> encrypted SiteIni.
I presume I have to add also < decryptkey site="setantaeurasiaplus.com" >userkey_value< /decryptkey >
What is userkey_value? Or do I have to make a donation first to get this one?

nope add license line (see faq).Anyway i think with default license you cannot run encrypted ones....see what license log says. You also get that error when you transfer siteini, example you copy/paste to remote server and transfer protocol is not set to binary (see attached picture)
I found it - as a 'registered_user' I 've got 'decryption mode legacy (V2)' but setantaeurasiaplus.com.ini is encrypted in new V3 mode.
So I have to decide whether I will donate or not. 'donator_license' is able to decrypt new V3 and V2.
