please note that i am trying to download EPG for bein channels from the https://elcinema.com/en/tvguide , which download the EPG with images but i got "Unable to update channel BEIN MOVIES DRAMA" can you please advise , as the EPG from beIN.net are not having images ,

i think you have a low timeout and also the user agent is pretty old.

file 1 with vpn
file 2 without vpn
1- you have to start vpn
2- visit elcinema.com home page if you access you can grab
3- if you don't access restart vpn ana recheck until you can access

you are right , i am not able to access elcinema.com from web, i got error 403 nginx , i checked with my internet provider nothing can be done , i tried with different pc where i can access elcinema.com but when i start the webgrab app i got "Hardware mismatch detected .. see WGLicense.log.txt for details"
