Hi, does anyone know how or where to get de decrypted key for horizon.tv.ini? I already have the donator license but don't know where to get the decrypted key from.
Can anyone please help or at least point me in the right direction. That would be much appreciated.

Almost all siteini do not require key. If you get a message "skipped encrypted siteini" is due to a broken encryption (it brakes if you transfer/copy not in binary mode. See FAQ http://webgrabplus.com/faq#faq_5419
