i've tried everything in the win7 machine. what i can ensure is that all cypher suites movistarplus uses are installed/available in the machine, Netframewrok 4.8 and above, tls 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 available, even certificate installed and all registry entries correct and included, without success

i think this may have something to do with it.
its using a obsolete connection method.
this is showing on windows 10 which works fine with wg.
no idea if this could be affecting win 7 or how to fix it if thats even the issue.

Sorry to interfer I am not specialist but I was facing similar problem.
I solved accidetly when I used vpn
please try I am not shure but for myself is ok until today
ah after you start vpn check accessing to homepage

Could you test with a win7 machine (or a Win7 virtual machine)?

V3.2.3.3 and 4.2.2.4 were just released.
they use a new grabengine,see if u have better results with one of those.

I tried the latest grab engine version V4.2.2.4.
An improvement versus the other version I used (I guess it was 4.2)
This time, it grabbed all "headlines" of all the guide entries, but grabbed no description of each. I enclose the log and the guide.xml

I just installed a win7 vm in a win10 machine. My donator license allows me to only 2 machines. Can you temporarily grant me access to a third (this vm) so that I can further test?

only Jan(creator) can do that.
you can do a force hardware update(use h instead of f on license line) and one of your existing hw id's will be overwritten.
i forget which will be overwritten,the first or 2nd existing hw id.
do the same on your regular machines when done testing to have them added back.
