Is is possible to replace "CANAL+DECALE" with the new channel "canal+ sport 360" and add the new "canal+ foot" channel in canalsat.fr.ini ?

I reply to myself because I have finally understood how to do it myself:
Edit the config file and use "c" for the "update" line.
Launch webgrab++
An xml is created in the program directory with an updated list of channels.
You can find:
CANAL+FOOT
CANAL+SPORT360
update the config file with the new channels.
Good you solved, anyway there is on top bar FAQ and documentation on line, in addition for confi in misc folder a ready to go config(need license string)

Yes I've seen the faq but it's not very clear (in my opinion). It doesn't indicate that it produces the xml in the directory of the program.
