Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 2.

Hi, i had to reset my pc and now i get this error. what i have to do?
I tried to force the license but it didn't work.

update to 3.1.7 here: https://github.com/SilentButeo2/webgrabplus-siteinipack/tree/master/eval...
delete your wglocal.lic and/or wgcustom.lic files and rerun license update
