Is it possible to set a proxy for a specific site.ini?

I like to be able to bypass a geoblock, potentially via a proxy server. Is this functionality supported or perhaps there is an alternative method available?

e.g.

Would it be possible to tunnel specifc site.ini scrapes through a specific proxy? e.g. for sitea.ini use no proxy, for siteb.ini use proxy us, for sitec.ini use the asia proxy?
