you probbably copy/paste and it brake encryption. Run SiteIni.Pack.Update.sh in .wg++/bin (linux) or SiteIni.Pack.Update.exe (windows)
or download siteini and transfer to your remote server with winscp using binary transfer, see attached

I'm having the same issue, I've updated my site pack and have Rev 8 but I'm getting the grabbing not allowed error message too
post your log please (text file not pieces)
