strange problem with HD+ plus on linux and windows

i use a list of channels from different country's and have the good things to let it work,
except HD+ is a problem, on windows it download al the channels i have put in and the userkey works also fine.
the same config file on windows i use on a linux server and the HD+ channels get no info and download not the epg info what on windows good works with the same config file and the userkey and all other info is needed to let this work.
i have on the linux pc version 3.0 and on windowd pc also,
what can been the problem that it don't work on linux but works on windows perfectly???????
can it be the problem with robots file or something else ???
i also have change a robots file for 1 provider to chmod 444 so the epg stil downloads.
do i have to do this also with the HD+ plus robots file?????

a lot of things i want to now but it is verry strange this problem.

I guess you have timeout, so it has been discovered with several users that some vps/linux distro (specially ovh) use default or inadeguate dns. What you can do is test with:
nslookup www.hd-plus.de
and check if they both reply the same. You do not need to change robots....

I check it, the server is from Germany located server rent site, Hetzner, I don't now if this is the problem but I check it on the server at home with putty it runs on Centos7 with no problems excepted the HD+ channels on the linux version.

This doesn't mean your sever (not at home) is correct. There was a guy having problems with foxtel australia and his linux was in australia !! He solved setting google dns. So check if the reply is the same. You should get Address: 23.97.146.106
