Update for rtbf.be.ini (Belgium) introducing Tipik

Hello,

would it be possible to update the site ini for rtbf.be, Belgium (last update 06-11-16 by Blackbear199)

Since the change of tv channel name from 'La Deux" to "Tipik", one year ago, it does not work well anymore, confusing the programs of this channel and the "La Trois" channel.
