Doesnt look like TVTV.us always uses the West or "P" at the end of a channel_ID. I can guarantee you if you use this zip 91945 and choose "Cox Communications, Digital Cable" many of those are the West versions. HGTV (channel 53) and Animal Planet (54 which does have the P at the end) are the west versions for instance.

iv'e have it set to timezone=Europe/London so guessing this will be ok.
