- My current (target) Timezone is Australia/Adelaide (UTC+10:30).
- My source Timezone is Europe/Paris (UTC+01:00).
The end result (my "guide.xml") is +0100 (wrong) - It should've been the target's timezone.
WORKAROUND.
Given I'm on Kodi, I'm using the IPTV PVR client time-shift setting of +9.5 ('though that might need manual adjustments during DST).
DETAILS.

Help?
try to set "UTC".. helped in most cases of time issues I had.
Hi guys & thank you very much for your recommendations - indeed WG2MP.exe seems to have done the trick :)
I thought Webgrab+Plus had this feature builtin (after the Upgrade 53, according to this page - http://webgrabplus.com/content/times-time-zones-and-dst-corrections ).
It now makes sense mate - thank you very much for your explanations
