"dit is temp_8" en (?) in XML

Hi,

Just upgraded to latest version of this great software. I have the words "dit is temp_8" in all long desccriptions of the shows. So it looks like the software still has some debugging enabled? Could you please look into this.

I am also wondering if you could introduce an option to disable the "(?)"in the name of the show if there is any problem with the detailed description. Because of the "(?)" in the name of the show the software which I am using to records shows isn't recognizing the broadcast of the show. So it skips the recording. Only solutions for me is to active the recording with and without the "(?)" at this moment....

Kind regards, Olaf.

Hello Olaf,

In the tvgids.nl.ini you can search for "temp_8.modify {addstart|dit is temp_8}" and remove that line.
It just an debug line that wanst removed when releasing the ini-file.

The (?) can be disabled in the WebGrab++.config.xml bye changing the mode to n (nomark).

So it should be:

<mode>n</mode>

In the example config it is explained:

<!-- modes:
d or debug    saves the output xmltv file in a file with -debug addition in the file name . The original xmltv file will be kept.
m or measure  measures the time for each updated show or new show added
n = nomark    disables the update-type marking (n) (c) (g) (r) at the end of the description
v or verify   verifies the result following a channel update
w or wget     use wget as grab engine (might improve site recognition in rare cases)
Note that modes can be added in one line, separated by comma's or spaces, or both.
-->

Greetings,
Johan
