Usage may not be the right place for this post, if so I appoligize...
Attached are the files used or produced on Win-10 and on Linux. The WebGrab++.config.xml and the tv.com.ini are common to both environments except for the filename in config.
It works correctly on Win-10 but produces no error and no data on Linux. I also use several other site.ini (canalsat.fr, tv.orange.fr, tv.guide.co.uk...) with identical results on Win-10 and Linux. I am quite sure I have the latest .ini and the latest beta (to get tv.com to work).
I am quite unfamilliar with .net but I am surprised with the absence of any message whatsoever...
As an aside the .ini states timezone=UTC and produces timestamps with an offset of +0000 but the times are actually in US/Eastern... (I fix that with a little sed...)
Many thanks for your attention,
Denis
Just a quick test.
Can you delete your guide.xml on the linux machine and run once again. And send that log. I think the first time you run, it will pass.
Here it is : no difference.
Many thanks by the way for this excellent product !
Denis
Thanks Blackbear199, It was worth a try but the result is still unchanged : no epg.
It does appear to be a difference between MS .net and mono but what - that's the question.
I'd really like to get this solved. Wg++ is the last thing I have running on Windows. I am really looking forward to close that machine !
Many thanks,
Denis
Update f had no effect either...
Thanks
Denis
I run Arch Linux which has a tendency (-; to be leading edge. The mono site still gives 4.2.3.4 as the "latest release". I'll try to install it...
Thanks, D.
No, that is probably not the case.
WG++ is running and getting data. But seems that no shows are found.
So or
1. the index pages are not correct
2. are the index pages are parsed wrongly.
Could you both change
into
And upload both the log file and the html.source.htm file? That could maybe indicate what is going wrong.
I currently can't test it on a linux device.
I have done it several times both ways : either with all files in the same folder or with the ini, cookies, and config in a separate folder ; the result is identical.
D.
Here goes:
Ok, no data is returned from the site.
Use this .ini
And upload the log file
Here it is - no difference... I included the ini file just in case I got the wrong one...
d.
Blackbear cookies work - all is well. I don't understand why - I tried both with the windows cookies and with a local linux cookies and got the same result...
I will protect your cookies with my life !
Many thanks, d.
