Radiotimes.com timezone should be Europe/London ?

In the current ini-file (rev 15) the timezone is set to UTC.
In my setup (my own timezone is Netherlands) this leads to problems with daylight saving time: in summer all programs are off by 1 hour.
If I change the timezone in the ini-file to Europe/London, then the program times are ok.
