Is there a list of those Site.ini's that have nothing to do with regular donation? If no, can you please tell me which ones are not included in 5€ donation?
P.S. How do I request less Site.ini's and more channels upon donation? I have to request it after or before donation?
there is no actual list, mainly those with over 1000 channels or multi country or some that we spent weeks to get it works. Very few = 3-4 public Example Jio, Movistarplay - latina america (the extra donation is 20euro each siteini).
Some special ones "on request" donation price may vary. Best is contact the authors, for what you need, example: i need whatsonindia, i need jawy etc etc (if available ) or i need 8000 channels with 30 siteini to run on 5 servers and you get your quote.
