Thanks for the help, but replacing the config didn't solve the problem. Perhaps something does not work correctly under Win7.
do you have microsoft .net framework 4.7 or 4.8 installed ?
The problem was with my OS. net framework, version 4.5 was installed and didn't want to upgrade above.
Installed WebGrab + Plus on Debian_10. I will study, thanks for the help.
