I still having problems with websites which do not have the same DST system as I have (UTC=+01:00)
Even with the version 53
f.i. the canalplus-reunion.com SiteIni (to one on the website is not updated yet)
Reunion does not have DST. So the timezone remains the same all year around.
I still have to rely in my SiteIni on using two different settings for the timezone. As is illustrated in the attached file.
How do I resolve this?

the timezone= value in the ini's are still of the 'generic' type like UTC+04:00 . That needs to be changed to the local timezone's of the site's. You have to look for the correct one in the timezone list that you will get in the logfile if you enter timezone=?. For example for Reunion you will find timezone=Indian/Reunion. With that value you will get the correct local times including DST corrections if any.
Will you please upload the corrected ini's. I can pace them in the collection.
