After instalation no Config file was generated, I added the files in siteini pack, and no xml file was created. Im trying to grab entutele channels

Im using windows 7 and the files are the ones in the site ini pack on the forum. No config file just the .exe and the readme on the system folder

If you have still questions after going through that pease of documentation, just fire again.

Ive done everything, and still no work, no xml generated. In the folder the exe file, the read me. Tried with the dummy.ini and nothing, also with the following files

I don't think you have read the http://webgrabplus.com/documentation/configuration/howto!
WG++ program home folder:Windows C:\ProgramData\ServerCare\WebGrab
So no need to look/change/add anything into the C:\Program Files (x86)\ServerCare\WebGrab+PlusV1.1.1 folder!
So just look into the C:\ProgramData\ServerCare\WebGrab folder.
And put there your config file. Then adjust your config file so the filename of the guide.xml file is also in that folder (instead of the incorrect "C:\Program Files (x86)\ServerCare\WebGrab+PlusV1.1.1\guide.xml"). Then there is still an error in your config file. At the end you have </channels>
</site>. Both should be removed, to have a valid .xml file.
After that, just running wg++ and you should be fine.
