I got "The SSL connection could not be established" error on Windows 7, and I also tried it on Windows 11 with successful results, can you check where the problem is?

try to use a fresh channel list (in siteini.pack) it worked fine even without vpn.
its a windows 7 problem.
you need to have tls1.2 enabled.
google it,tons of tutorials on how to do this.
