This was the only .ini of the norwegian that worked, and altibox recently updated their page, and now none of the norwgian tvguides are working.. please upgrade atleast one of them
I have tested the new altibox.ini file (the second one), and experience some ... bugs?
Somehow the grabbing and generating of new xml file takes 2,5 hours to complete.
It might be because each channel page is now downloaded and processed locally on the PC...?
Anyways, getting a new channel list is limited to a set of channels, not including all channels that altibox provide, and therefore I have extended the list with channel numbers for channels I need. Then it takes an unknown number of hours to generate a channel list... I have stopped the download after 4+ hours, and still doesn't have a complete channel list from the site...
Could you take a look at the ini file and see if there are any logical errors?
Remove the debug, or better use the Revison 2 file. I have it attached again.
Without debug:

You do not have to use it if you do not want it. I do not see the problem. I find altibox reasonably fast, compared to other websites.

I will take a look at altibox.
But try the attached ones.
In the timefor.tv search for the channels begiining with: xmltv_id="NO
Willy
Got something working for Altibox.
I have not tested this extensively. Only a few channels for 7 days.
Let me know if bugs exist.
Willy
I see I posted the channels file twice by accident.
Willy
Tried the new altibox.no (posted here) and it works normally.
Willy
These are working for me right now, and they are fast :D
Thanks alot, will report if i see any bugs :)
New version. There were some problems with the Episode information.

Hi

@basche: I do not know what you have done. The site is very fast.
See the attached log file. I grabbed the complete site for 6 days in: 733 sec or a little bit over 12 minutes.
But indeed the channel list is not completed. I have modified the statements to grab them more completely.
But be sure when compiling the channels list to do this with:
<timespan>0</timespan>
Because of the number of webpages to be openend.
Willy
Ok
I have taken your advise, and it became a bit better, but it still takes a lot of time...
I have added my settings for both channel list and guide fetching, and also added settings for the site "se.no" as a reference.
"se.no" is very fast for me.
I had to cut away a lot of data form the log files to get them small enough to be upkoaded here. Info in the files...
First of all you are running still the Revison 1
There is a newer version. Although that should not make that of a difference.
Secondly: The have there a debug statement still acitiviated.
Remove the debug, or better use the Revison 2 file. I have it attached again.

I certainly cannot confirm the problems you see.
Willy
And when you build a channels list. Use only one channel it config file and use:
<timespan>0</timespan>
in the config file.
This for this SiteIni special, because of the large amount of webspages to be opened for building the channels list.
