The current starhubgo.com.ini has a problem, to create updated channels in starhubgo.com.channels.xml does not work so I am unable to updazte the guide with the changes in channels since the ini-file was created, and there has been quite a few changes.
I've tried but didn't get anywhere with this. Found out that to get the "labes" for the Chinese channel group you could use this uRL:
url_index{url|https://www.starhubgo.com/live/getLiveChannelsByFiltering?pCode=V4bmQyOq...
Instead of the hadr-coded values.
But that's about it, step 2 as documented in this ini file to create starhubgo.com.channels.xml does not work at all.
Could someone please look into this?
Thanks!
Great, thanks a million, that sorted out my TV guide again. Do you check in your revisions on GitHub? I see all the sitini-files have been moved there now, which I tink is a good idea.
I see in the ini-fil for Singtel Singapore that you are the original auuthor of that as well, do you by any chance have a new revision of that ini-file which extracts episode numbers as well? If that's at all possible from Singtel's TV guide.
Thanks, will try the ini you attached. Thanks for all your efforts, much appreciated.
Thaanks again for the updated singtel ini-file that extracts some episode numbers from the title. I will tweak it myself to extract other formats of episode numbering as well. This is important for my wife's series recording :)
I did notice that for the starhubtogo ini-file there are some channels in trhe TV guide that simply will not make it to the channels.xml file, an example is the channel "Sports Illustrated", another example is "DreamWorks". I would like a schedule for those channels in my TV guide, any ideas?
Superb, thanks!
Thank's for all your effort with the Starhub ini-file Blackbear199, much much appreciated and it works nearly perfect now that I've got everything set up right. However there is a slight problem with the guide for one particular channel, that is Channel 855 "Hub VV Drama".
In your channels.xml file the enty is this:
id="VVD 2 Local New"
This particular channel has big gaps in the TV schedule when grabbed, and I also noticed that some of the shows are offset by a few minutes (both start and stop) when comparing to the official StarHub guide at starhubtogo.com. This happens only to this channel, all other channels have complete guides except this one. I have also noticed that some seemingly random numbers are placed within some of the show titles when wieving the grabbed data for this channel, this might be a clue to what's happening.
Unfortunately this channel is of particular importance to make this setup "wife friendly". Any idea how and why this happens?
