can anyone help to fix the issues on tvsou.com.ini ?

can anyone help to fix the issues on tvsou.com.ini ?

the lastest tvsou.com.ini(China)cant grab the correct start time, so the output start time and end time are all like 20181111000000

also the following rules cant work, if can be fixed would be better, but the start time is the most important.

This attachment: tvsou.com_.guide_.xml, with the system's own tvsou.com.ini and tvsou.com.channels.xml, I can not achieve, please advise, thank you! And now I use the INI and XML in the system to get the guide. XML < program start = "20190523000000 + 0800" stop = "20190523000000 + 0800" channel = "cctv 2">
The WebGrab + Plus version I use is 2.1.2
