When Using The EPG With Kodi I Have AMC HD using tvhebdo.com.ini with the
Timezone Set As:

Which Gives The Programme Data Below:

How Evere When Viewed In Kodi The Program Is Still Starting At 11:30 AM UTC (London) Time.
Could Anybody Help With This?

I Know Have Another Problem I Can't Find The Right Channel Cartoon Network The One I Have Found Is Cartoon Network West Which Is 3Hours Behind I Have Done The Following Below:

I had the same problem, in fact, every entry in my epg from TVHEBDO was offset.... in kodi (linux) the clock is set to UTC so in tvhebdo.com.ini ,

fix the problem
I had the same problem, in fact, every entry in my epg from TVHEBDO was offset.... in kodi (linux) the hardware clock is set to UTC, so in your bios its... 12am and in your kodi(linux) its 7pm...
so in tvhebdo.com.ini ,
