change the cultureinfo= on the site {xxx} line to
cuntureinfo=ar-EG

one side question, I changed it on the ini file located on siteini.pack folder. is it fine ? or it will be overwrited once after potential siteini.pack folder update ? should I make a copy outside the siteini.pack folder ?
