meetv.no is this site impossible to write site ini file for ?

here is the site im talking about :

i have spent 3 days trying to figure out where it gets its epg data from ... and i yust dont get it . 

im not asking any one to spend a lot of time trying to vrite ini files and so on for this site 

since it probably take a lot of hours to get this ting working .

But if some one can have a quick louck at it and say if it is inposible to use webGrab plus whit this site
