The website, located at https://www.osn.com/en-sa/watch/tv-schedule, is operational. @mat8861 completed the initial general ini file two days ago, and we are currently awaiting the Arabic (ar) and English (en) versions.

Im trying with the latest ini for OSN.com, but Im still getting the above errors.

you are using a very old one (rev 13), there is now revision 18, so update siteini.pack

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I did download the latest revision and put it in siteini.user, however I failed to notice that there was a osn.com.ini in the root folder which was being used by default.

Anyhow I'm glad to say it works with the revision 18.

you cannot have same site.ini with same revision in siteini.pack and siteini.user. if you want to do modification, you can increase revision and keep it in siteini.user.

Could you please verify the OSN AR INI today? It has been experiencing a delay for several hours due to these multiple entry issues.

thats usually caused by no start time being scrubbed.
i had a look at the ini and didnt like the way mat8861 did it but it worked fine for me.
i changed it to what i would do,try this file.

i updated it.
i am not a fan of doing multiple ini's for different languages so my version does both the arabic and english.

see the remarks near the top on how to set it to english epg(default is arabic)

for english simply add en## to the beginning of the site _id="xxxxx" in you webgrab__config.xml

example
<channel update="i" site="osn.com" site_id="NHD" xmltv_id="Nat Geo Wild HD">Nat Geo Wild HD</channel>

to change it from arabic(default lang) to english,change
site_id="NHD"
to
site_id="en##NHD"

also accepted is
site_id="ar##NHD"

but isnt necessary as arabic is the default language.

you can do this with replace in any editor quickly.

this is much better than having two ini for sure, I was thinking of it why we need two ini since we are grabbing the same site.
I will check and will keep you updated, by the way the correct time for OSN should be Asia/Dubai not UTC timezone=Asia/Dubai

anyone who uses it i'm sure will see your post and can change it themselves.
regarding the Server error 500 messages in your log.

these are caused by some shows having a bad details page.they will only have a title which comes from the index page.
description,category,ect will all be missing.
on the site when you click on these shows there is no popup window with any info like regular shows have.
there nothing we can do about this as they still have a showid which webgrab uses for the details web address.
usually when a bad details page(error 404) happens webgrab will ignore it and there will be no message in your log.
for some reason this isnt happening when the server returns error 500.
so just ignore them.

Greetings, Blackbear199. Could you please examine the OSN ini file? It appears that it's not capturing any data today, even though the website seems to be functioning normally. It seems they may have made some alterations.

i dont see that channel in hd,only this one which works fine.
