Sincroguia solved

This is not a request but an upload. I fixed the sincroguia ini file. In this file, the rating system is MPAA and episode system is xmltv_ns, that's because i like it this way, you can change it easylly.

It is possible to remove the line   Temporada / Episodio: 20.460.0 / 1 to Temporada xx - Episodio xx
