you prob already know there is more than 1 channel for ligue 1,this site doesnt specify the channel so there are multiple games on at the same time.

i think it could be done but as i already said,your probably looking for channel like i mentioned above which this site(and probably any other site that has it) the data is no good.
the big problem is the dates,it has a start time only and a [day-name] [day-number] [month-name] format.
were missing the year which we can repalce with the current year,the problem is come december when the epg start running into 2024 it will get messed up until the actual date changes to past jan 1 2024.
