Hello. I only started grabbing about half of the program. The ID number of the program is the same as on the web where the EPG is complete, so it works. Any suggestions for repairs?
For example, "Prima Cool" does not work
For example, "AMC HD" works
The log does not report any error. And when grabbing, "pi n" is reported for non-functional channels. (So it's like one show was grabbing.)

Everything is fine on the web. They had some problems three days ago. had to change the addon for the Kodi that grabs epg. is written in python.
edit: I also noticed that some episodes in the EPG are omitted and therefore there is a vacant place.

I sent you in the previous post Guide.xml. There is one TV channel which is wrong. Only one TV show was generated. It was generated 3 days in advance. So there should be many more tech TV shows. He does this for more than half of the TV channels.

I'm newbie using WG+. I've configured download from Telekom.CZ.EK for several channels. Decrypt key is configured correctly, IMHO. But I'm receiving following error:
Unable to update channel Jednotka HD
[Critical] Generic syntax exception:
[Critical] message:
[Error ] no index page data received from Jednotka HD
[Error ] unable to update channel, try again later.
Problem persist during last week. Any hint really appreciated.

download files again in post above,no revision change.
they changed the cz site today with the same changes as they made to the sk site yesterday.
replace both ini's as i noticed another problem,channel lists didnt change.

The channel entry in my config is like this:

Corresponding debug output in the log is like this:

The only change I have done to my setup is that I downloaded new site ini from the attachment few messages above in this topic.
Are they changing the site internals or what might be causing this?

the new channel list has this channel as
<channel update="i" site="telekom.sk" site_id="4099" xmltv_id="Jednotka HD">Jednotka HD</channel>
the name shouldnt make any difference,its the site_id="4099" that important.
upload your full log,make sure your using the new ini.

i see your using webgrab 3.2.x
you might want to update to V3.3
i also updated the files above,made some episode number improvements.
revision number updated to avoid confusion.
Thanks for working with me on this. I have updated wg++ to suggested version and tryed again. Here is my log and config in the zip archive.
log shows your still using 3.2.2.0
also use a try using a real user agent,its a common issue that can cause this error.
here's what i use..

also change the retry time-out="xx" to 30,10 may be too low
Make sure you have correctly configured Webgrab++.config
STV was renamed a couple of years ago to Jednotka and Dvojka.
This is the correct configuration.
If you publish your log, delete your login data.
Thank you both for instructions and recommendations. It turns out I've messed the update to v3.3 version. That has helped with this and now my channels are updating with my original setup.
I have published both my log and my config however I have anonymized my email and password in the config. The log it-self does not contain passwords and keys am I right?
your good,u removed/edited your personal info in your config and logs dont contain any of these details.
