UK: TV.BT.COM.E responds with 400 statuscode

Hello,
thank you for providing such a useful tool!

Now to the problem, since yesterday (2023-11-02) WEbGrab+ (newest Version 5.1) on Windows 10, shows the following lines for every channel from uks tv.bt.com.e:

[ Debug ]
[ Info ] ( 2/23 ) TV.BT.COM.E -- chan. (xmltv_id=London - ITV London) -- mode Force
[Warning ] no robots data found
[Warning ] skipped robots check
[Warning ] error downloading page: Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request).
[Error ] Unable to update channel London - ITV London
[Critical] Generic syntax exception:
[Critical] message:
[Error ] no index page data received from London - ITV London
[Error ] unable to update channel, try again later
[ Info ] Existing guide data restored!

There is probably a change in the page structure or the service is down alltogether?

Could someone please take a look!

Thank you very much for you effort/time!

All the best!
K.

I am new to WeGrabPlus so be gentle with me.
I was updated this ini-file to Revision 4 but it still returns 400

Previously it did work.

Any suggestions?

Cheers Mike

did you use the updated channel list, never assume its the same as the previous ini.
upload your webgrab log file and config(if applicable).
also edit out your license info in your config before uploading.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes I replaced the ini and xml files in the siteini.pack folder.

the log is truncated as I stopped the grab after the error.

Attached are the two files requested

Thanks
Mike

also your using the old tv.bt.com.E channel lines in your config.
the new ini uses different channel id's so replace them also.

dont just change the site="tv.bt.com.E" to site="tv.bt.com"
you also need to change the site_id="xx" value.
this is whats used to get epg for the specific channel.
regarding the warning see the FAQ at top of forums, its just a warning and can be ignored.

OK sorry for the late reply. Timezones?
Does the site_id="VALUE" come from the associated XML file? In this case tv.bt.com.channels.GBR-ENG-london.xml?

So many thanks
Mike

yes.
site="xx" tells webgrab which ini to use.
site_id="xx" is the channel id
xmltv_id=""xx" and display name channel name, these can be edited by the user to anything they wish to use.

thats why i said to make sure to use the new channel list.
