Webgrab have a translator ?

Hi long time no see I have a question regarding translating Dubai TV EPG from arabian into english?
 
does webgrab have any internal translator ? I thought it could be possible for a html page to be pre-processed by say google-translator before it is scraped/grabbed..
so when the html is actually split up by webgrab all the appropriate bits would be translated into the desired language already.. 
could be implemented ? if so All this arabician text would be English easily. thanks
