web.magentatv.E.de New channels

Hi,
I've recently added 2 missing channels on my web.magentatv.E.de.channels.xml. As Magenta TV is not listed at GitHub, I ask you to add them manually:

Remove the ' '. Furthermore, there's an entry for site id 620+4357. There's no matching channel available and the channel name makes no sense.
